I want to share the incredible experience I experienced today. Today, on the last track of the annual trip, the Creator revealed to the eyes! We went out to Nahal Gishron. A short route, defined for families ... that is… light. Only that ... two magical people joined us, with special needs. Neither of them experienced an annual trip as a child because of their condition. On the route they sat in a Trekker (special wheelchair for hard terrain) because they could not walk that route. The route is defiantly not an accessible route, but thanks to a team of angels from Paratrek they could make the trip, experience the nature and experience an annual trip. Maybe I'm too sensitive, but to see it happen- my students drive, navigate, lower them in the waterfalls and raise them to the top of the mountain - these were wonderful moments! To see them enjoying so much the ability to be in the heart of the desert and to hear their gratitude at the end ... For me it was a revelation. I have no words to describe the intensity of the feelings I experienced there when I helped with the "carrying" of the Trekkers, wheeling the wheels, and even when I "only" spoke with them. I would like to thank first of all these two charming souls who have allowed us to lead them on this path. The courage, the smile, the instructions and the gratitude. To my students for sensitivity and giving. You warmed my heart !!! And most of all to Omer from Paratrek who gave me the privilege to be part of such wonderful moments.
